How can I see the expiration date for my current subscription?

To see subscription expiration date, make the following steps:

  1. Login using your login and password
  2. Go to the section Account Information
  3. Current Subscription in one year after payment date

What are the limitations of hosted WebSpellChecker service?

We charge a $250.00 annual fee for our service which includes up to 10,000 Spell Check sessions.

What does spell-checking session mean for WebSpellChecker (WSC) hosted service?

A session is from the time a user presses “Spell Check” until he presses “Finish Checking” or “Cancel”. The checking of a one word or one thousand of words counts as a single session.

How can I see my usage statistics if I use hosted WSC service?

When you sign up for hosted WSC account you receive “WebSpellChecker subscription” email. In the bottom of the email your - Account Information- is provided. There you can see your customerID and password. You can use these credentials to login to the Accounts page on WebSpellChecker.net site: http://www.webspellchecker.net/account/login.pl

What are the limitations of hosted SpellCheckAsYouType service?

SCAYT hosted service limitation is 50 simultaneous users.

What does 50-simultaneous users mean and how does this limitation work?

50 simultaneous users – the number of users who are using the hosted version of SCAYT concurrently. If number of simultaneous users exceeds a defined limit, SCAYT service is not stopped. If exceeding is not significant and occurs at times, it is not considered as a violation of SCAYT hosted service usage terms and conditions. If exceeding is significant and permanent, then customer is proposed to migrate to the licensed version of the WebSpellChecker.net application.
